DigitalDiner.ai is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience for all visitors. We strive to make our website usable by everyone, regardless of ability, by applying the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as our reference standard.

What we’re doing

  • Design & development practices – We build and test pages with semantic HTML, meaningful headings, ARIA landmarks, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-only navigation, and resizable text.

  • Ongoing audits – Automated scans and manual reviews are conducted at least twice a year to identify and fix issues promptly.

  • Third-party content – Where we rely on external widgets or integrations, we encourage our partners to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and provide accessible alternatives whenever possible.

  • Training & awareness – Our team receives periodic accessibility training to embed inclusive thinking into design, content, and code decisions.

Known limitations

We recognise that some legacy pages and media files may not yet meet our desired level of accessibility. We are actively remediating these areas and aim to achieve full WCAG 2.1 AA coverage by the end of 2025.

Compliance across jurisdictions

While accessibility laws differ by country, our WCAG-based approach aligns with:

  • Switzerland’s Federal Act on the Elimination of Discrimination of Persons with Disabilities (BehiG) and related web guidelines.
